Please let me introduce myself. My name is Annika Dahl Roner. I am fortunate enough to say I have 20+ years of experience in Pilates.
Growing up in Tahoe City as a competitive athlete, I was no stranger to injuries. As a result of these injuries, there were recoveries. That is where I found my interest in the capabilities of the human body. I began working for a Physical Therapist and was introduced to the Pilates Reformer as a means of rehabilitation. The combination of my Physical Therapy background (1998-2005), the many Pilates training programs (2000-2023), and the Continuing Education Certifications I have received, I feel like a melting pot of knowledge. I love Pilates and believe that it is an effective and safe way to improve your health and well-being.
At Pilates by Annika, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals through Pilates. I like to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can feel confident and empowered in their practice. 4-person class for those with prior Pilates experience
1 hour one time experience
5 - 1 hour sessions
10 - 1 hour sessions
Personal session with the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Props
A brief informative session explaining the basic principals of Pilates
1 hour custom Pilates workout session catered to your needs
2 private Pilates workout sessions, with the intention to join group classes.
1 hour two people custom workout
Customize a package that works for your specific Pilates practice
